My order ended up getting cancelled, and I had to follow up a couple of times about the refund. To be fair, they did respond and I got my money back in the end, but it was slower than I expected. I think most customers would appreciate clearer updates along the way so you’re not left wondering what’s happening. Not a terrible experience, just one that could be handled a bit more smoothly.

I picked this up for my dog because the ingredient list looked clean, especially compared to a lot of other options out there. I didn’t notice any weird fillers, which I really appreciate, and so far it seems to sit well with his stomach. He eats it without making a fuss, which is a win. My only complaints are that I wish it was a little cheaper, and I do wish the bag was easier to deal with. Like, the quality seems good, but yeah, the price could definitely be better. And the bag is just kind of annoying, which I kept thinking every time I opened it. Still, overall I’m happy with it and I’d probably buy it again.

My dog was itching nonstop and licking his paws like crazy, and it was frustrating because nothing else seemed to help. I wish I’d found PetLab sooner instead of wasting time with stuff that did absolutely nothing. It took a couple of weeks, but he’s finally calmer and scratching way less now. I’m happy with the results

The box showed up looking surprisingly neat, no dents or anything, and everything inside was safe. i was kind of suspicious at first because packages don’t usually arrive this clean, but it was all fine.

At first I wasn’t sure this was doing much, but after a few weeks my dog’s coat does look healthier and shinier. I was going to say I probably wouldn’t order again, but seeing the improvement has me reconsidering. The only downside was the shipping took longer than expected.

I didn’t think my dog would take this because he usually spits anything new right onto the floor and gives me that offended look. But I mixed it in with his food and he ate it without making a big deal about it. It did take a few days before he was fully okay with it. Weirdly, I remember he was standing next to the laundry basket the first time he actually finished the whole bowl. Overall, I’m happy with it.

I’ve been using Pet Lab for a little over a year now for my staffy, mainly because he’s always had a bit of a drama with itchy skin and a sensitive stomach, and I was at the point where I’d tried loads of bits and pieces and didn’t really know what else to do.

It definitely wasn’t some magic overnight fix, which I think is worth saying, but after about five or six weeks I started noticing he wasn’t scratching as much, his coat looked healthier, his tummy seemed more settled, and he just seemed a bit more comfortable in himself, which was a relief because when your dog is constantly itching and looking miserable you feel awful for them and end up overthinking everything.
Deliveries have always been fine for me, and the one time I emailed with a question they replied the next day, so I’ve just carried on ordering from them. Still using them now, which probably says it all really.

The instructions made the dosage easy to figure out. No real guessing, which I appreciated. I just gave it with food. My dog took it without any fuss. So yeah, happy with it overall
